Note: The pesto didn’t call for it, but I added an avocado to mine because it’s a very strong flavor, especially on top of the super garlicky white bean spread. Also, next time I would add a bit of spinach as well, but this has to be one of my new favorite sandwiches of ALL TIME. Definitely worth the prep time.
